What you will be doing….

  • Implement microcontroller and/or processor solutions to customers
  • Lead customers in requirements gathering, definition, designing, and hands-on storage/ communication system implementation
  • Ensure successful delivery of our space storage systems throughout the entire program lifecycle
  • Perform troubleshooting on issues and perform tests on bugs
  • Work with business and technology stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in technical related role in storage or communication systems
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role defining architecture, designs and solutions in computing, storage or communication systems. Prior experience in space technology is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related technical degree
  • Demonstrated success as a technical lead for complex system architectures
  • Can-do attitude for resolving problems, programming, complexity analytics and large-scale system design
  • Experience working with customers in all stages of the program lifecycle
  • Exceptional presentation and written communication skills
  • Build strong, influential technical relationships with the customer (via face-to-face and remote interaction) in order to secure commitment
  • Drive customer requirements into products roadmap and product planning processes

  • Hardware troubleshooting skills using an oscilloscope, logic analyzers, and signal generators

We are looking for an experienced program manager with experience in managing technical commercial programs in the satellite/space industry. While you do not have to be an “engineer” in the sense of making technical presentations, you need to have experience having responsibility for creating and submitting winning business proposals that are technical in nature and owning the overall project management between our key customers and Ramon.Space engineers and solution architects. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business development team in late-stage customer discussions to understand the commercial, logistical and technical aspects required in a commercial business proposal
  • Ensure successful on-time delivery of products to the customer, managing the overall delivery process

  • Provide financial analysis of the costs and resources needed to meet Ramon.Space business guidelines
  • Track proposal and RFI/RFP timelines for additional requirements and submissions

What you will be doing

  • ​Design and spearhead content marketing strategies
  • Research, develop and write content for blogs, web pages, video scripts, social media posts and sales enablement materials such as brochures, customer case studies, newsletters etc.
  • Manage Ramon.Space social media accounts
  • Work cross functionally with our sales, and product teams
  • Work collaboratively with our PR agencies to develop content for contributed articles, media alerts, awards, customer quotes, and other material – when applicable
  • Spearhead content distribution to valuable channels
  • Manage and organize content launch calendar
  • Measure and improve upon the business results of marketing content
