Talent Acquisition Manager



​Ramon.Space is growing and we are looking for a full time Talent Acquisition Manager to join the HR team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced professional with great interpersonal skills who will manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding and take part in building a great company culture. What you will be doing​

  • ​ Work with hiring managers to understand positions’ requirements and draft job descriptions
  • Direct source, interview, and assess candidates
  • Develop and execute diverse and creative alternative recruitment sources, such as employee referral, social networks, blogs, technical networks, attending job fairs, cooperate with top universities etc.
  • Conduct HR Interviews
  • Ensure a great talent experience
  • Meet hiring targets by executing staffing plan
  • Prepare offers and employment agreement


  • Great interpersonal skills with positive energy
  • Multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in the development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
  • Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company in various channels
  • Implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making
  • Proficiency with recruiting software and databases – an advantage
  • Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and employer branding strategies – an advantage
  • Fluent / Native English – an advantage
