Head of Communication Products

In this position you will be translate our technical assets into a clear end to end product road map. You will also work closely with our customers and direct our engineering team to design and build complex implementation solutions.

What you will be doing

• End-to-end responsibility for our communication products vision, roadmap, performance, and product delivery.
• Maintain the roadmap, ensuring priorities are aligned with company goals and engineering time is allocated as effectively as possible
• Lead customers facing efforts in requirement gathering, definition and designing (including RFI/ RFP)
• Become Ramon.Space technology and solutions expert, transferring customer needs into customized communication solutions
• Work with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements needs
• Support the business development and marketing teams in product discussions
• Present technical solutions and demos to prospective space customers and partners
• Keep up to date with emerging trends in all relevant areas of space
• Work with marketing team to develop influential white papers/presentations
• Actively help improve development processes across different departments
• Generate and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in designing space related communication systems or successful track record as a product leader of space related communication products
• Ability to understand complex business problems and craft effective strategies to tackle them
• Passionate for technology and innovation who enjoys being hands-on
• Outgoing personality with great interpersonal and communication skills
• We are a stratup so must have a can do approach, passion for innovation and creative thinker
• B.Sc. in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related fieldSpace lover!
